This 30-hr Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training is in-depth study of contraindications of pregnancy in regard to the asana practice, how pregnancy affects the body and how those contraindications may affect a student’s practice. Through lecture, open discussion and hands-on practice, we will learn how to modify asana and offer pranayama practices in order to develop class sequences that prepare and educate students mentally and physically for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This training is comprehensive, inclusive, and will prepare you to lead classes that nurture and support students throughout their journey.
